Here are the required documents for the Global Computer Youth Group (GCYG) student application:

1. Completed Application Form: All sections of the form should be filled out completely and accurately.

2. Personal Statement/Essay: A short essay (300-500 words) describing your interest in technology, what you hope to gain from joining GCYG, and how you plan to contribute to the group.

3. Academic Transcript: A copy of your most recent school transcript to verify academic standing and coursework.

4. Recommendation Letter: One letter of recommendation from a teacher, mentor, or community leader who can speak to your skills, commitment, and interest in computer science or technology.

5. Parent/Guardian Consent Form (for applicants under 18): A signed consent form from a parent or guardian, acknowledging participation in GCYG activities.

6. Portfolio (Optional): Any relevant work samples, projects, or certificates that showcase your skills or experience in technology (e.g., programming projects, coding certifications, etc.).

7. Proof of Identity: A government-issued ID or school ID for verification purposes.Each document will help us get to know you better and understand your background, motivation, and potential fit within GCYG.
